They probably won’t provide negative effects, but they are practically useless.
Finally, smoking is bad for the veins and they can ruin the supply of blood to the penis which is crucial for the erection. In addition, nicotine tightens the veins and prevents proper blood flow in this area. Stop smoking cigarettes as soon as possible and enjoy sex.
